1. Booking & Contract
A booking is confirmed once:
• A completed registration form has been received, and
• The required deposit has been paid, and
• Confirmation has been issued by us in writing.
The contract between you and Tomorrow’s Plate Ltd is formed upon written confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified at booking (typically six weeks prior to arrival).
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation by Guest
All cancellations must be made in writing.
• More than 90 days before retreat start date: refund of all payments made, less deposit.
• Between 90 and 60 days before: 50% refund of total retreat price, less deposit.
• Less than 60 days before: no refund.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
4. Cancellation or Changes by Tomorrow’s Plate
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to retreat details, including schedule, facilitators, workshops or accommodation, where necessary.

We are not responsible for travel costs, visa fees, insurance or related expenses.
