In Her Skin

A five day retreat devoted to beauty, craft and movement

Hosted by Tomorrow’s Plate and AWiiLD.

Set within the rolling landscape of Gascony, In Her Skin is an intimate gathering for women who wish to reconnect with embodying beauty, craft and the rhythm of the body.

Held within a private château, our days unfold slowly, with morning movement, long tables of seasonal food, creative workshops and quiet moments of rest and conversation in the South of France.

Intentional Rhythm

Each day unfolds with a considered rhythm.

Guests arrive to settle into the château and its grounds before gathering for tea, an opening circle and an evening sound bath to mark the beginning of the retreat.

Mornings begin with optional yoga and breakfast on the terrace. Late mornings and afternoons are shaped by hands on workshops with spacious time to rest, swim or walk the grounds.

Evenings gather around long tables for seasonal meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients, including moments of traditional Chinese nourishment. The structure is gentle, offering both engagement and space for integration.

Expert Facilitation

The retreat is guided by experienced practitioners across beauty, craft and movement, each with depth of practice and a considered approach.

Guests refine complexion and tone in a focused skincare and makeup masterclass, blend a bespoke botanical face oil using carefully selected natural ingredients, and explore jewellery making as a study in adornment shaped by touch and material. An educational astrology workshop introduces the foundations of the birth chart in a grounded and accessible way.

Yoga, sound and bodywork are woven throughout, balancing creative engagement with embodied restoration.

Collaborative Energy

In Her Skin is shaped by all of us who gathers.

Women from different seasons of life come together around shared practice and long tables. Workshops unfold side by side. Conversations continue between sessions. Meals are prepared and enjoyed collectively, creating space for exchange.

There is an ease to the atmosphere. Openness is encouraged. Many guests arrive independently; by the final evening, the table feels familiar. What emerges through shared experience often becomes as meaningful as the time spent together.

A Supportive Space

The retreat is designed to feel steady and held.

There is space for conversation and equal space for quiet. Guests are invited to participate fully while honouring their own pace. Whether joining every session or stepping back when needed, the environment supports both engagement and rest.

Care sits in the details, from shared meals to the rhythm of the days, creating a setting where you feel comfortable and at ease.

“Beauty lives in the way we care for ourselves and for one another. It is not something we perfect. It is something we remember. In Her Skin was created to honour the rituals that have always held women, through nourishment, adornment, rest and the quiet power of gathering. A return to ourselves, together.”

-Phung and Anna
