Seeds of Spring Spring Equinox Gathering

A gathering held at the turning of the season.
A moment to mark the arrival of light, growth and renewal.

Seeds of Spring was an evening shaped by the quiet energy of the Spring Equinox. A long table brought together food, flowers and conversation, each element considered, each detail intentional.

The menu moved with the season. Early harvest ingredients prepared with care. Dishes layered with texture and warmth, drawing on East and Southeast Asian influences. Small plates shared slowly, inviting connection and presence.

Alongside the table, a floral installation by Amy Chim echoed the themes of emergence and softness. Delicate, sculptural arrangements that held the feeling of new beginnings.

Guests were invited into a slower rhythm. To sit, to taste, to notice.
To move gently between conversation and stillness.

An evening grounded in nourishment, creativity and the subtle shift of the season.
